GIRLS & BOYS 4 -18
Get ready for the ultimate summer basketball experience! The Sports Empowerment Leadership Academy (S.E.L.A.) is back with our Annual Youth Basketball Tournament. Designed for young athletes who want to sharpen their skills, embrace teamwork, and compete in a high-energy, positive environment, this tournament is all about promoting wellness and community pride.
From beginners learning the fundamentals to elite players looking to take their game to the next level, our summer league keeps youth active, engaged, and inspired.
Tournament Details:
- Divisions: Open to Boys and Girls Ages 4 to 18
- When: June 29th – August 7th | Monday through Thursday at 6:00 PM (Specific game times TBA)
- Where: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park (49 Stevens St., Freeport NY)
- Registration Fee: $65 per player

ADULT DIVISON(18+)
This summer, the legacy continues. We are bringing the heat back to the asphalt for the S.E.L.A. & BBA 3-on-3 Summer Tournament, celebrating 30 incredible years of competitive streetball at MLK Park. If you’ve got the skill, the hustle, and the squad to prove it, this is your playground.
Tournament Details:
- Divisions: Adult Open Division (Must be 18+ to play)
- When: July 11th – August 1st (Game times TBA)
- Where: MLK Park (49 Stevens St.,Freeport N.Y.)
- Group Entry Fee: $220 (Minimum 5 players per team Includes official tournament T-shirt).
